At La Orza, we carefully select Toledo’s finest ingredients, rich in traditional and modern flavours. Our dishes include; lomo de orza, pork tenderloin served with Parmesan ice cream and a pine nut praline; migas, a traditional Spanish breadcrumb dish served with lamb sweetbreads; roast suckling lamb and pig; partridge on arroz meloso, a creamy rice dish; and vanilla-infused fried milk pudding.
